Prawn And Chorizo Spaghetti

If you like prawns and chorizo then this is a great meal for you and it is quick and easy if you are short on time.

Serves 4


300g spaghetti

120g chorizo skin removed and chopped into pieces

200g prawns

350ml passata

150 ml water

1tsp dried parsley


Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.

Dry-fry the chorizo in a frying pan until they start to crisp.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2 minutes stir occasionally.

Pour in the passata and 150ml of water and stir.

Heat through stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan.

Add the parsley and stir.

Serve immediately and enjoy.

It did taste better than it looked!!
